It is therefore necessary to quickly and constantly handle that potential question which is always lurking before it is actually asked. Once it is asked then you have to do take certain steps in order to deal with the problem with that problem and that would require a separate article. The first thing to do is to give them a feeling that they already know a lot of English and to make them feel good about what they indeed know. The second guideline is to teach something that everyone is unfamiliar with equally so that the girls who or the students who are the weakest in any given class will not feel that they continue to be the weakest. That way every will be on the same level – nobody knows the answers to the questions. Then there are no students who are better or students who are worse and they will have an equal chance of all the students in the class have an equal opportunity to succeed. There are various ways to accomplish this task. Let us investigate some of them.

If you have the conditions if you have a good situation in which you teach students from a particular department in the school then you have an opportunity to be able to succeed by giving them what they need in that department. Tell them that all of your studies if that is the case are going to will relate to just what they need to know and nothing else, that the quizzes or tests relate only to things which are taught in class, that everything that is taught in class will be new and on an equal level for all of the students. Nothing will be based on their previous knowledge. They will have no articles to read which are based on previous knowledge. Everything will be new. Their tests will not be on materials which they have not seen. The tests will be on things which have been taught and only things which have been taught and if there is anything in their readings which is tested which is unfamiliar which is not related to the question in the reading itself and that will be explained in their native language in my case Hebrew. Of course this applies to any other native language as well. They then feel that they are all in the same boat together and they can all succeed.
