Get involved with others who care about Israel. Be in with the in crowd. Be part of the action. Join one or more Israeli forums. You will know a little more about how Israelis think. You will "meet" others who are in positions that are similar to yours. You will find out how they dealt with issues, whether successfully or unsuccessfully. You can learn from both possibilities. That additional knowledge will make you feel like an expert on Israel.
