The family members who remain at home are likely to require psychological assistance. The strongest member of the family will have to take charge. That person will spend a great deal of time assuring those who remain that the family is functional and that it must stay together as an integral whole.
The child who has left has made a personal decision. Now he will have to fend for himself and to solve his own problems. Until that child changes his behavior, you may not be able to assist that child.
On the other hand, that child will have no legitimate complaints about his parents interfering with his life. He has taken charge, for better or for worse.
