Is there any value or benefit to failure? Is it necessarily bad to discover that you cannot do something?
The response to that question may be surprising. Some of our feelings or thoughts regarding success or failure are inaccurate or exaggerated. They are often tempered by our concerns about what others will think - מה יאמרו הגוים.
In reality, there are advantages to failing. A failure that builds character may outweigh the relatively limited value of success.
Furthermore, a person is not likely to succeed without experimenting with new things. That creativity will result is some failures - but also in some successes.
In other words – those who are willing to take the risk of failing may succeed.
