You know what hate is, and you've already experienced it. However, from a psychological point of view, hate is much more.
It's usually not what the dictionary implies. Most people who exhibit hate are really trying to express a different emotion. Having failed in their attempt, they try to use hate as a cry for help.
We, the psychologists, have to break through the barriers and determine the emotions, feelings, and thoughts that they are really trying to present to us.
