Most people use the expression "Decision-Making." We prefer to use a term that is more correct from a grammatical point of view: Making Decisions.

This section does not necessarily relate to the need for the counselor to make decisions. More importantly, it deals with the need for the counselor to help the client make the decisions that are most appropriate for his needs.
