Some people have difficulties speaking up about issues relating to money. These feelings cause them to undercharge others for their work, or they may brush off the payment saying it's not important, we'll worry about it next time. When it comes time to calculate a bill, they allow the customer or the client to do the calculation.

Sometimes they can get away with this problem. Sometimes they find another person who can speak up for them about the money.

Granted, these people may then become indebted to the spokesman.

These people may be able to speak forcefully about many other issues. They draw the line with money.

In such cases the pair of people do go well together.

• The person who does the actual work but who has difficulties speaking up about it
• The person who speaks up about the money issue but does not do the actual work

This arrangement should not be criticized or condemned. If both parties in the pair work together well and benefit from this circumstance, then the arrangement should be encouraged.
