ingredients:
2 cups uncooked macaroni (3 cups if the kids are home)
1 can tomatoes (796 ml/28 fl oz)
6 tbsp Kraft Cheez Whiz
4 dashes "Louisiana" Hot Sauce (optional)

directions:
Cook macaroni as instructed on the box. Meanwhile dice up the tomatoes in a bowl that is large enough to hold cooked macaroni. Warm tomatoes in microwave for 2 minutes just before macaroni is done. When Macaroni is cooked drain and pour into tomatoes. Stir gently until mixed. Dish into individual serving dishes. Add "Louisiana" hot sauce stir to mix. Add Cheez Whiz. Stir again. Serve and eat while hot. Enjoy.

For added enjoyment the Redneck Girls Lunch may be served with Salted Lime Margaritas and hot wings as appetizers. This is purely optional and can only be appreciated to it's fullest when the kids are at Grandma's *G* This also opens up the option to enjoy a stimulating conversation with your fellow redneck lunch guest without being interrupted every thirteen seconds with "Mom he hit me" "Mom I spilled" "Mom can we have a cookie now" or the preposterous ( I mean whose kids are these anyway??) "Aughhhh not macaroni again" *L*

tips:
-the trick is to add Cheez Whiz after tomatoes or it can ruin the consistency of your left overs
-Cheez Whiz can not be substituted for cheaper alternatives
-Do not add "Louisiana" hot sauce to children's servings
-Children should not be served Margaritas even if they are convinced you are hogging the slurpees!
