Announcements (May 30, 1999)

1. The two-bit collection this weekend is for the Channel Program.

2. Thank you for your donations last weekend to our School Scholarship Fund. $595 were donated. Our school graduation is this Tuesday evening. There will be a special graduation Mass on Tuesday morning at 8:30 a.m. All are invited to attend to pray for our graduates and support them during this time of transition to high school.

3. As of Friday we have received 600 pledges for the Annual Catholic Appeal. $64,908.25 have been pledged. Thank you to all who have filled out a pledge envelope. There is still time to get yours in if you have not yet done so.

4. In two weeks we will have a change in our Mass times. The first English Mass on Sunday morning will begin at 8 a.m. and the second English Mass will be at 11 a.m. There will be a Spanish Mass at 9:30. All Masses at Holy Family, whether English, Spanish, Vietnamese or any other language are open to all parishioners.

5. The next meeting of our building discernment commission will be on June 10 at 7 p.m. Please see the bulletin for more information.

6. This summer there will be a course to get the Big Picture on the Bible. It will involve reading 14 books of the Bible with a video study guide by Dr. Scott Hahn. The classes will begin this Thursday evening, June 3, from 7 to 9 p.m. Please see the bulletin for more information.
