Sharp eye and appropriate question. The bread and grapes were brought up during the offertory procession as symbolic gifts, not to be consecrated. I did think twice about putting that picture on the website since it could lead to that confusion (the hosts are kind of hidden on the paten behind the chalice), but it was the only picture that came out of the closing Mass for our new NFP Instructors. Since you pointed it out, I will try to put a clarification next time I update.
