Mrs. Freddie is still completely annoyed by me taking her picture... And they say iguanas are expressionless! Despite the look on her face, this is a perfect example of an iguana's body language when they're completely relaxed in their environment... :-)
Small note : If you take the time to compare these photos with the ones of Freddie while she's outside, you will notice the change in her coloration : Outside, her tones are very dark, to absorb maximum heat and rays; in her habitat, after several hours under her basking lamp, her tones are much paler, to reflect light and avoid overheating. (When an iguana is too hot, they will open their mouth to try to cool down.)
