The rocks are falling in my path
DKR
To keep me on my toes
They fall in front to make me stop
To access and pray about the way to go
You drop these rock to let me know
Certain paths are not your way
I am thankful for these stones that fall
Teaching me to turn to you each day
When a giant boulder falls
You protect me from a crushing blow
And when a small stone tumbles down
I pause, then walk on slow
Each rock has something for me
Lessons large and lessons small
You have sent each for a purpose
Tearing down my earthly wall
Whether boulders large as mountains
Or a simple grain of sand
I am thankful you are teaching me
And holding me in your Holy hand
