2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Seperate dough into triangles. Place on a 13-inch cookie sheet or pizza pan. Pinch seams together. Toss sliced mushrooms in melted butter to coat. Arrange mushrooms on top of dough. Sprinkle with cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cut into wedges or squares with pizza cutter and serve warm. Makes approx 4 servings.
2 T. shredded garlic
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 firm Roma tomato, thinly sliced
2 ounces grated fresh Romano cheese
2 t. oregano of Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray Pizza pan, or cookie sheet with non-stick spray and spread out the dough. Cover dough evenly with garlic, mozzarella cheese, and tomatoe slices. Top with the grated Romano cheese and seasonings. Bake for 20 minites. Makes approx 4 servings. UmmUmm good!!!!
