2 cans(8 ounces) each crushed pineapple,drained
3 Granny Smith apples
3 snickers candy bars
1/2 cup peanuts
Combine whipped topping and pineapple in mixing bowl. Peel, core and slice apples. Quater slices. Cut Snickers bars into small cubes with a knife. Chop peanuts. Fold in apples, candy, and peanuts into whipped topping mixture. Makes about 6 servings. This recipe is great as a fruit salad during the Holidays. I love this recipe, because it uses fruit instead of Vegtables. Ha! Ha!
Catilina dressing
1 small head of Lettice
1 tomatoe
1 can of Ranch beans(drained)
1 package of Cheddar cheese
Tear lettice into small pieces. Cube tomatoe, and add to lettice. Add beans, cheese, and fritos. Put in individual salad bowls, and pour desired amount of dressing on each salad. Serve immediately, or fritos will become soggy. Servings may vary. This salad is a great summer meal for those hot days when you just feel like something light. You can serve with cantilope or watermelon.
