Sidedishes

Here is a really quick and easy sidedish.that is great tasting. Give it a try!

Red Potatoes

5 small Red potatoes, sliced

1 package of Chedder/Monterey jack cheese

3 Green onion stalks, chopped. (Seperate greens)

1/2 cup Sour cream

Layer Unpeeled, sliced Potatoes in a cassorole dish. Mix in the whites of green onion. Cover and Bake at 350 degrees, until potatoes are tender. Top with cheese and continue to bake until cheese melts. Sprinkle with greens of onion and serve with sour cream. Makes approx 6 servings.
