Together we can make the Historical Homestead of Revolutionary War Patriot Major Abraham Fort a part of the living history of our community.

Discussions with Ginsburg Development, the Town Board, the Town Historian and Historic Preservation Commission, as well as interested and concerned citizens, are continuing - working together we can make the Fort Homestead a Living History Education Center in the Town of Poughkeepsie. We would appreciate any input in regard to how you can help and your ideas are always welcome.
