I, SUAN T. YANCEY of the county of Culpeper and State of Virginia, being weak in body but of sound & disposing memory do hereby make and ordain this as my last will & testament in manner as follows viz.

1 - I give to SUSAN & EDMONIA WIGGINGTON each the sum of eight hundred ($800) dollars, and also a bed & furniture each. To SUSAN WIGGINGTON I also give my watch & chain.

2 - To SALLY WIGGINGTON I give the sum of eight hundred ($800) dollars & to Benjamin Wiggington five hundred ($500) dollars.

3 - I give to WILLIE YANCEY, son of JAMES P. YANCEY eight hundred ($800) dollars.

4 - I give to my nephew JOHN MITCHELL of Missouri one thousand (1000) dollars.

5 - I give to MRS. MARY [J.?] SPENCER eight hundred (800) dollars.

6 - I give to PAMELY BROWN eight hundred (800) dollars.

7 - I give to SALLIE YANCEY eight hundred (800) dollars, my ward-robe, bed & furniture.

8 - I give to EDWARD YANCEY, son of BENJAMIN M. YANCEY eight hundred (800) dollars & to CHARLES & COMORA YANCEY children of the same five hundred dollars (500) each.

9 - I give to WILLIAM YANCEY, son of JOHN W. YANCEY of Rapphannock five hundred (500) dollars.

10 - I give to MRS. ELIZABETH WILLIAMS to hundred (200) dollars.

11 - All the residue of my estate of every kind I give to my nephew BENJAMIN M. YANCEY & I desire and require him to give my servant Daphne my bureau and one bed and furniture from above stairs and to my servant Fanny fifty (50) dollars provided that these servants remain with me until my death. And I furthermore desire & require my last named nephew to have neat and appropriate tombstones placed over the graves of my husband & myself.

12 - I request my nephew BENJAMIN M. YANCEY & my neighbor ENOCH JEFFRIES to act conjoijntly as my executors, & in case either of them fail or decline to act, then it is my wish that the court appoint some other person to act in his stead conjointly as above.
