Welcome to Mountain Top Ministries.
I was sent this wonderful story that really illustrates what my ministry is all about. I pray that this will really speak to people.:
His name is Bill. He has wild hair, wears a T-shirt with holes in it, jeans and no shoes. This was literally his wardrobe for his entire four years of college. He is brilliant. Kinda esoteric and very, very bright. He became a Christian while attending college.
Across the street from the campus is a well-dressed, very conservative church. They want to develop a ministry to the students, but are not sure how to go about it. One day Bill decides to go there. He walks in with no shoes, jeans, his T-shirt, and wild hair. The service has already started and so Bill starts down the aisle looking for a seat.
The church is completely packed and he can't find a seat. By now people are looking a bit uncomfortable, but no one says anything. Bill gets closer and closer and closer to the pulpit and when he realizes there are no seats, he just squats down right on the carpet. (Although perfectly acceptable behavior at a college fellowship, trust me, this had never happened in this church before!) By now the people are really uptight, and the tension in the air is thick.
About this time, the minister realizes that from way at the back of the church, a deacon is slowly making his way toward Bill. Now the deacon is in his eighties, has silver-gray hair, a three-piece suit, and a pocket watch. A godly man, very elegant, very dignified, very courtly. He walks with a cane and as he starts walking toward this boy, everyone is saying to themselves, You can't blame him for what he's going to do. How can you expect a man of his age and of his background to understand some college kid on the floor?
It takes a long time for the man to reach the boy. The church is utterly silent except for the clicking of the man's cane. All eyes are focused on him. You can't even hear anyone breathing. The people are thinking, The minister can't even preach the sermon until the deacon does what he has to do. And now they see this elderly man drop his cane on the floor. With great difficulty he lowers himself and sits down next to Bill and worships with him so he won't be alone. Everyone chokes up with emotion.
When the minister gains control he says, "What I'm about to preach, you will never remember. What you have just seen, you will never forget."

This page is dedicated to the
glory and honor of the wind beneath my wings, my lord Jesus Christ.
Before you read anything else on my page I want you to know that I do not
have a religion. I have a relationship! I
have a relationship with God and with Jesus Christ. That is what the Lord
wants. He does not want us to play at a religion, he wants us to enter
into a relationship with Him. That said ...........On to the page.
But when he heard this, He
said," it is not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those
who are sick" Matt.9:12
The Lord has called
each of us to be a light in the darkness. How will you be a light to a
dark world today?
My ministry is to the
mavericks. To the people who don't seem to quite fit in any where. The ones
that with God's love, forgiveness and Power are gonna rock this world!!!!!!!!
When the Lord called me into the ministry I was given a vision of a bottle.
The bottle was all the people who I am called to. They have been so hurt
and rejected and have stuffed that hurt and pain and all the love they
have to give, deep within themselves ( under pressure) and the Lord said
He is going to take the lid off that bottle . You know what happens to
a soda that is shaken up and then you suddenly release the pressure. You
get an explosion of power. I saw an explosion of His power in their lives
and it is literally going to change them , their lives ,and the world.

The sun was beating down inside the walls of stone and razor wire
As we made our way across the prison yard.
I felt my heart begin to race as we drew nearer to the place
Where they say that death was waiting in the dark.
The slamming doors of iron echoed through the halls,
Where despair holds life within it’s cruel claws.
But then I met a man who’s face seemed so strangely out of place .
A blinding light of hope was shining in his eyes
And with repentance in his voice he told me of his tragic choice
That led him to this place where he must pay the price.
But then his voice grew strong as he began to tell,
about the one he said had rescued him from hell, he said
I’m free, yeah, oh, I have been forgiven.
God’s love has taken off my chains and given me these wings
And I’m free, yeah, and the freedom I’ve been given
Is something that not even death can take away from me.
Because I’m free
Jesus set me free!
We said a prayer and said goodbye and tears began to fill my eyes
As I stepped back out into the blinding sun
And even as I drove away I found that I could not escape
The way he spoke of what the grace of God had done.
I thought about how sin had sentenced us to die
And how God sent his only Son so you and I could say……
I’m free, yeah, oh, I have been forgiven.
God’s love has taken off my chains and given me these wings
And I’m free, yeah, and the freedom I’ve been given
Is something that not even death can take away from me.
Because I’m free
And if the Son has set you free,
Oh if the Son has set you free,
Then you are free indeed.
Oh, you are really free.
If the son has set you free,
Oh if the Son has set you free,
Then your really, really free!
Oh we’re free yeah oh we have been forgiven.
God’s grace has broken every chain and given us these wings.
And we’re free, yeah, and the freedom we’ve been given
Is something that not even death can take from you and me.
Because we’re free, yeah , the freedom we’ve been given
Is something that not even death can take from you and me.
Because we’re free, oh, we’re free
We are free, we are free
The Son has set us free
If the Son has set you free
You are free indeed!!!!

Let Us Pray
by Steven Curtis Chapman
I hear you say your heart is aching
You’ve got trouble in the making
And you ask if I’ll be praying for you please
And in keeping with convention
I’ll say yes with good intentions
To pray later making mention of your needs.
But since we have this moment here at heaven’s door
We should start knocking now, what are we waiting for?
Let us pray, let us pray ,everywhere in every way
Every moment of the day it is the right time.
For the Father above He is listening in love
and He wants to answer us, so let us pray.
So when we feel the Spirit moving
Prompting, prodding, and behooving
There is no time to be losing, let us pray
Let the Father hear us saying,
What we need to be conveying,
Even while this song is playing, let us pray.
And just because we say the word "Amen"
It doesn’t mean this conversation needs to end.
Let us pray, let us pray ,everywhere in every way
Every moment of the day it is the right time.
Let us pray without end and when we finish start again.
Like breathing out and breathing in , let us pray.
Let us approach the throne of Grace with confidence
As our prayers draw us near.
To the one who knows our needs
before we even call His name.
Let us pray, let us pray ,everywhere in every way
Every moment of the day it is the right time.
For the Father above He is listening in love
and He wants to answer us, so let us pray.
Let us pray, everywhere in every way
Every moment of the day it is the right time.
Let us pray without end and when we finish start again.
Like breathing out and breathing in , let us pray.
Our Father who art in Heaven
Hallowed be thy name
Thy kingdom come
Thy will be done,
On Earth as it is in Heaven.
Let us pray.
Remember that prayer is your lifeline to the Father. We are told to "Pray
without ceasing." The Father is standing ready to meet with us to
spend time with us, and as with any relationship, how can you get to know
Him if you don't spend time with Him.
God bless you and keep you,
Aislinn
Your First and Highest Calling
by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland
"God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the
fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord."
(1 Corinthians 1:9)
Do you know what God wants you to do more than anything else today? He
wants you to fellowship with Him.
He wants you to walk with Him and talk with Him. To discuss the things
of life with Him. He wants you to draw near to Him and partake of His very
nature.
So many of us get so caught up in striving to please God in the things
we do that we forget our first and highest calling is just to be in fellowship
with Him.
That's right. God longs for us just to want to be with Him.
Have you ever considered how much it would mean for you to just come to
God and say, "Father, I didn't really come today to get anything.
I've prayed about my needs already and Your Word says they're met according
to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. So I just came to be with You.
If You have anything You'd like to tell me, I'm ready to listen...and I
want you to know that whatever I see in Your Word, I'll do it. I'll put
it into effect in my life."
Why don't you tell that to God today? He's waiting to have fellowship with
you.

Congress shall make no law
respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the exercise thereof;
or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; of the right of the
people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress
of grievances.
I would like this opportunity to say that I support free speech on
the Internet. Now before you start screaming at me and sending me hate
mail , let me explain. I support RESPONSIBLE FREE SPEECH. This page
holds some of my views on what responsible speech is. Quotes

So how do we clean up the Web ? The answer
is always ....Prayer.

The Heart of the King
by Kenneth Copeland
"The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the
rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will." (Proverbs 21:1)
Think about that for a moment! God has reserved the right to override the
will of a nation's leader, if need be, to see that His people are governed
according to His will.
What's more, God will hear the prayer of any government leader. Even if
he's the worst reprobate in the whole world. He heard the prayer of old
King Nebuchadnezzar. Believe me, that means He'll listen to any leader!
You see, Nebuchadnezzar was king of Babylon. He was an ungodly ruler of
an ungodly nation. However, he'd taken captives from the land of Judah.
He had some of God's people under his authority. So, God began to deal
with him.
Again and again, God warned him, "Nebuchadnezzar, you're going to
lose your mind if you don't straighten up." And, sure enough, he went
just as crazy as could be.
He stayed that way for years too. Then one day he cried out to God and
God heard him.
Despite his status as a heathen king of a heathen nation, God intervened
repeatedly in Nebuchadnezzar's life and heard him when he finally cried
out for help. Why? Because he had God's people under his rule!
That same principle still holds true today. If we'll open the way through
prayer, God will deal with our leaders!
If we will humble ourselves in unity and pray, God can change the injustice
and corruption that exist in our country, or any country for that matter.
He'll change the hearts of everyone from the White House on down to make
sure His children are governed justly.
Make it a point to pray for our leaders today!
