Purring Paws Society
The Purring Paws Society is one of the most important groups that I could join at CLAW. This group of caring kitties send out purrs (prayers for you humans out there) to those in need. We don't purr for just members of CLAW, but for anyone who needs a purr.
I personally had an experience with the Purring Paws Society. I got very sick in April and almost needed surgery. Mommy and grandmommy would take me to the v*t and I even had to spend the night! I was very scared. I didn't know it at the time, but Mommy sent an urgent request to the Purring Paws Society's leader and she then sent out an urgent purr request e-mail to all of the members of the PPS. What happened after that was unbelievable! I started feeling better and Mommy and I received MANY get well cards and e-mails from kitties we have never met before! The next thing I know, I start feeling better, my test results were normal and I didn't need surgery! I was back to eating and playing around like my normal self again! I want to thank all of those out there who purred for me during my illness. I hope I never get sick again, but if I do, I know I'll be just fine! *purr*
