CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE
4 squares(1 oz.each)
semisweet chocolate
1/3 cup milk, divided
2 tablespoons sugar
1 package (3 ozs.)cream cheese,
softened
1 carton (8 ozs.)frozen whipped
topping,thawed
peppermint flavoring to taste
1 chocolate wafer crust (8 inches)
Heat chocolate and 2 tablespoons milk in medium saucepan over
low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted. In a mixing bowl,
beat sugar and cream cheese; add chocolate mixture and
remaining milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping;
blend until smooth. Add peppermint flavoring. Spoon into pie
crust; freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Store any left overs
in freezer.
YEILD: 6-8 servings
