REFLECTIONS

Have I wounded a soul today,
have I caused a tear to be shed.

Could I have done something else.
watched where I tread.

Have I hurt someones feelings,
with an unkind act or deed.

Have I overlooked something.
did I miss someone in need.

Have I been too busy,
with everyday cares.

Has someone needed me,
to erase away their fears.

Have I not held out my hand,
to those who are in need.

Have I not followed Jesus,
and planted a small seed.

Tho life's path is hard,
I can lighten the load.

Of some weary traveler,
down life's rocky road.

To watch a smile.
beam through pure pain.

To watch pure sunlight,
after the rain.
