Dear Daddy,

I cannot even begin to tell you just how much you are missed. I realize that the Lord had decided it was time for you to go and that you are much better off in the arms of God than you were there in that cold sterile hospital room. I know that I will see you again someday and that you will be whole again. I know that you are no longer suffering and confused. But it still doesn't stop the fact that I miss you so; it's like part of my heart is gone. There are so many things that you are missing here. Johnny is 19 now and is in College. He will be going to a larger University next fall. Jessica is 16 almost 17 and has a baby of her own. It was a very difficult time for all of us, but we've managed to get through it. Kevin is a beautiful little boy and loved very dearly. Steven is 13 now and growing like a weed. He is taller than Mitch (he's 5'9"). He just started the 8th grade. One more year after this and he will be in High School. Mitch and I are doing fine. I will always remember how you and mommy were... love birds till the end. The love you had for each other was an inspiration to me.
