1.You will need to sign the guestbook and answer the forms questions so I know that you actually spent some time looking at our pages & not just applying for the award.
2.If I do not see your signature in the guestbook OR you dont answer the question's on the form . I will assume you did not read the rules & I will delete your application .
3.Lassie awards are for those pages which I would like to recommend as outstanding pages for general interest. This does not mean that you have to be a wizard at HTML, I realize that we all have to start somewhere.
Sites which contain written or graphical contents which promote hatred, racism, violence, child exploitation, animal exploitation, pornography, illegal activities, hacking, pirating or should be offensive in any other way.
I will review each URL That is sent to me, however, please don't apply if your pages or not finished.
