Also I collect Friends of the Feather Little Indians statue by Enesco, blue and white plates, old little Golden Books, Attic Treasures stuffed bears, greeting cards and country kitchen items. Flea markets are a great place to find items to add to your collections. Everyone says I'm just a pack rat at heart... My family also helps contribute to my collections . I get alot for gifts. Thanks everyone.

Decorating our home is a hobby that I really enjoy. I use my collections through out our home as part of the decor. The Mary Moo Moo's are on a shelf in my kitchen. I found a old wooden country hutch at a yard sale. It was a ugly brown color after 3 coats of white enamel it looks nice. I used the new glaze paints and foam stamps to put wildflowers on the front doors. The 3 shelves house alot of my country collectables and my cookbook collection is in the cabinet below.

The baskets are used all over the house. They are great to keep things in. My angels and my bears are mostly in the bedrooms. I have china ones, wooden ones and stuffed ones...bear pictures and books.

We have a very eclectic style house...The living room is sorta the lodge look, bold plaid earth-tone overstuffed furniture, lots of terra cotta and wrought iron accessories. One wall is where my sun face collection is. They are made of pottery, brass, terra cotta, and wood. The powder room is cobalt blue, gold and white, in the celestial theme, sun and moon. The guest room is done in purple and lavenders. It has white wicker furniture. A garden theme is used in the room.

Our kitchen is the heart of our Home. This is where we all gather when our families visit. It's my favorite room. It has lots of lignt, it's bright and cheery. My kitchen is country French with yellow and blue wallpaper and white lace swag curtains. A blue and white plate collection is above the cabinets.




I have a garden and patio outside my ktchen with lots of birdhouses and angels. Its my therapy room...I like to sit out in my rocker and listen to the birds sing, early in the morning!!
