There is one more family member that you haven't met. This is "Cookie" our
17 year old baby. She is a well-deserved and loved member of our family!
She is getting deaf, sleeps quite a bit now, but is always beside me, whatever,
I am into. I really do not know what I would do without her love. When I
work late at night, she is always there to greet me in her special way. She
stills loves the spirit of Christmas!! She knows when I tell her that, her girls, Haven
and Christi are coming home!"

It it with tears and a broken heart that I add here today, May 26,1998, that Cookie passed away this a.m. She will be missed. Our lives were made richer by having her. Thank you Cookie for all the love you shared with us. For the many things you taught us and the memories you gave to us. Rest in peace our devoted sweet, sweet baby. Until we meet again.

A beautiful lady entered my life last week asking me my feelings on how she could help her friend that
is new to the MS world. I answered her email by asking her to love this friend as she does now! To be
there for her. After all this friend is still the same but facing a new experience in life. She wanted
me to give her a new name. After visiting her site and seeing her poems that she authors herself, I named
