My Lover ~ My Best Friend

This is my best friend and
common law husband, Lou. Our relationship has survived many ups,
downs and inbetweens. We came into our relationship 10 years
ago with three children each. I guess we really didn't have a clue
as to what we were getting into but, LOVE CONQUERS ALL.
This man is one of the kindest,
easygoing, caring human beings I know. He's an excellent father and
step father to our children. And he's very considerate, supportive
and patient with me. Now, don't get me wrong...he's far from perfect.
Lou is addiction to fishing.
He lives and breathes it! Saltwater fishing is his life. He
calls us "poor fisherman" because we can't afford to buy a boat but,
then he has days that he says "I don't know if I want the aggravation of
a boat." Now, with the kids starting to graduating high school, driving
cars and attending college, we will never have a boat! LOL
On occasion we fish with
the kids (only two of the six kids really care to fish) so, for the most
part you will find us at the Jersey Shore on Saturday's when the kids are
with their other parent's. They (the kids) aren't as compulsive about
fishing as my honey is. 3 or 4 hours of fishing is plenty for them.
12-14 hours is still not enough for Lou.
