Mom's Birthday
Present
I sent my mom a computer
for her birthday.
She was so looking forward
to having her own computer and making it
go.
So there she was, working hard
on that computer all day.
Mean while I was waiting at my
computer for her to answer my Email.
Well by now I have sent her 6
Email messages
and gave her plenty of
instructions on how to hit the reply button
and send mail back to
me.
I tried calling her, but the
phone was busy.
So I gave up and went out for
dinner.
When I got home I could have
died laughing,
there on my phone, was this
here message:
" Son take this computer back to
where ever you bought it. I'm just plumb worn out. I have been
down and back up again from the mailbox 6 times. This dumb computer keeps saying
I Got
Mail".
