Grad Nite 1977

As with all high schools of this time, our "Grad Nite" party was held at Disneyland on June 3, 1977. A total of 170 highschools attended the event. Featured entertainers were Starbuck,Vicki Sue Robinson, the Tavares Brothers, and Papa Doo Run Run. I know we can all remember waiting in the long lines to ride the infamous Matterhorn, to be spooked at the Haunted House, and to speed around trying to ram our classmates in the Race Cars. Everyone had to have the Winnie the Pooh bear "grad" (which is now a collectors item!) and we all took home the Grad Nite souvenir program!
