Pooh Bear lives here...

HALLOOOO... and c'mon in! This is my room, and i'm real glad that you stopped by... You know... alot of people think that Pooh and the crew are just real cute, (which they are) but for alot of us kids, they are more than just fluff and stuff. We draw strength from them. I know that when mommy used to have to take me to the hospital alot, Pooh was always right there to give me hugs and make me feel safe. When I had to get all those needles and IV's, Pooh was right there with his quiet love, just waiting to hug me and make me feel better. He even got an IV too... and he didn't cry either. He helped me get my breathing treatments, and he got needles when i did too. The nurses gave me some medicine to give to him too so he could get better when I did. Pooh and his crew helped make being so sick all the time easier to deal with. And for his great strength and love, I am always going to be greatful. I think that it is important for every child who is sick to have someone like Pooh bear to hold on to when they feel icky. And having your special bwanket or pillow helps alot too. All these things make me feel safe when I am in a strange place. And I hope that the moms and dads of kids like me know how important these things are, no matter how old we get.
I also thought that it would be neat if mommy found some stuff for kids like me and put it on this page. So mommy did alot of surfing, and came up with some real neat pages for kids... and she checked them out too, so you know they are ok. And she thought it would be a good idea to put some things for the moms and dads of kids like me too. They need security too. So check it all out. Pooh thinks it's really neat.
Well, I'm gonna go help pooh look for some hunny... his tummy is getting rumbly. TTFN.. (ta ta for now) Oh, I almost forgot... thanks Pooh for reminding me... My mommy is going to be adding pages for my brother and sister too, so come back again... you never know what new stuff will be here... Love, Valkyrie
