Being a parent you receive lots of information from many people that mean well. It's up to you to decide what is right for your child and your family. Every situation is different and unique and every child and family are not the same. I cannot tell you what to do. But I can provide you with some useful tools to help you along the way.
As you can see... I have spent much time cruising the web for information. There are so many valuable resources out there. As well as support. These are only a few that I have found.

Know of any good sites on gifted children, ADHD, and O.D.D. ?
  I am interested.

Something to think about...

Don't take one persons diagnosis as the true diagnosis. Get a Second opinion... or even a third.
Read everything you can.
  Research..Research.. Research
  Reach-out
Go to your P.E.T meetings. Make sure they are following the IEP set up for your child. If you have questions ASK without hesitation. Speak-up and express your concerns and make sure they hear you. Make sure that their strengths are addressed.
If all seems too much and you feel like your pushing an elephant up the stairs.... call a support group, get an advocate -someone that has been there and done that.

MOST IMPORTANTLY...

Love your child unconditionally

Even when they are not this small!
