The crystal hearts were given to members in the years 1996, 1997 and 1998 when you purchased an annual edition piece. They are no longer available from Swarovski.

The Collectors Society started in 1987 with the introduction of the Lovebirds. We don't have that piece as of yet, but we will get it sooner or later. We have it pictured here anyway. Our Members Pieces start with the Woodpeckers which was the second piece issued in 1988. The third one is the Turtledoves for 1989. As you can tell, the first 3 pieces were birds and each one has a unique name. The Lovebirds are titled "Togetherness", the Woodpeckers are titled "Sharing" and the Turtledoves are known as "Amour". Swarovski seems to do things in 3's.

The second set of three includes the Dolphins 1990, Seals 1991 and Whales 1992. We do have all of these. As you can see, the second set is about sea life. Each figure is a mother and a child and has their own unique titles. The Dolphins are titled "Lead Me", the Seals are titled "Save Me" and the Whales are "Care For Me". The second set was the last set to have each piece with a unique name. The ones from now on will just have a "Theme" title for all 3 pieces.

The third set of three includes the Elephant 1993, Kudu 1994 and Lion 1995. These are called the "Inspirations of Africa" series. We have all of these pieces as well. The Elephant is Jim's favorite out of this set but I like the Kudu.

The fourth set of three consists of the Unicorn 1996, Dragon 1997 and Pegasus 1998. We have all of these also. This set is referred to as "Fabulous Creatures". I guess they come right out of the mythology books!

The new edition for 1999 is the Pierrot. There will be 2 other figures, one for the year 2000 and the third for the year 2001 but I don't know what they are yet. Although, I have a pretty good idea! The "Theme" for this set is known as "Masquerade". This piece is the first piece to have color on it other than what was used for the eyes in the previous pieces.
