John Townsend was born abt 1606 Norwich,County of Norfolk, England, died abt 1668, Fort Hill, New York, married to Elizabeth Montgomery, daughter of Alexander Montgomery and Elizabeth Coles.

Second Generation

James Townsend was born abt 1656 in Cedar Swamp, New York, and died abt 1697. He married Jane Ruddock, daughter of Henry Ruddock.

Third Generation

Daniel Townsend was born in Oyster Bay, New York, and died abt 1724. He married Freelove Dickenson, daughter of Samuel Dickenson.

Fourth Generation

John Townsend was born abt 1712 in Eastchester, Westchester County, New York and died abt 1787 in Eastchester, Westchester County, New York. He married Anne Gedney abt 1739.

Fifth Generation

Daniel Townsend was born in Westchester County, New York abt 1756 and died abt 1799 in Eastchester, Westchester County, New York. He married Rebecca Ward October 23, 1778 daughter of John Ward.

Sixth Generation

John Townsend was born April 06, 1779 in Eastchester, Westchester County, New York and died abt 1849. He married Martha Fowler January 06, 1799 daughter of Thomas Fowler.

Seventh Generation

James Lewis Townsend was born August 31, 1801 in Eastchester, Westchester County, New York and died aft 1850 in probably Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He married Sarah Elizabeth Dederer November 18,1829 daughter of Christian Dederer and Seche Van Saan.

Eighth Generation

Charles Henry Townsend was born March 24, 1835 in Eastchester, Westchester County, New York. He died July 28, 1913 in Omaha, Nebraska. He married Cecelia Eliza Douglas October 14, 1860 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, daughter of James J. Douglas.

Nineth Generation

Henry Charles Townsend was born December 12, 1860 in Madison, Wisconsin and died September 15, 1915 at Omaha, Nebraska. He married Lydia Alice Lester December 26, 1883 in Colorado, Texas, daughter of David Lester Sr. and Elizabeth Jane Hobson.

Tenth Generation

Bessie Hart Townsend was born September 19, 1889 in Colorado, Texas and died at Pasdena, California, September 27, 1972. She married Paul Anson Havens November 24, 1909 in Omaha, Nebraska, son of Anson L. Havens and Harriet Wells.

Eleventh Generation

Paul Townsend Havens was born January 13, 1914 in Omaha, Nebraska, and died June 23, 1973, at Orange, California. He married Minnie Ellen Miller October 16, 1937 in Long Beach, California, daughter of Frances Henry Miller and Wilhemina Philip
