Edelweiss is the estate of the Lanart family. Closely related to the Altons and the Hasturs, the Lanarts of Edelweiss have maintained this estate through generations.


The long-time Lord Edelweiss, Edric Lanart, died recently. Lady Edelweiss was born Emelda Hastur and lives part o fthe year at the estate. Pastoral in its beauty, Edelweiss is a wonderful example of gracious country living on Darkover. Dom Edric's nephew, Dom Donal Lanart, has been named heir to the estate.
