I have collected stamps for more than 80 years! Note: Wilfred J "Bill" Finch passed away on June 7, 2003. This site is being continued by his family as a tribute to his devotion, effort and the time he spent on this site, answering requests from children for stamps; and his other projects that encouraged the development of stamp collectors.
