We, the members of SOAR, have been in the same boat that all new and currently searching members of the TRIAD are in now. We know what it is to be in the midst of emotional turmoil while searching for our loved ones. Whether searching for an eventual reunion, or just wanting to get medical history, the "Search" is an exhausting process requiring specific knowledge to acquire a successful end. As such, SOAR was created to make your search as painfree and turmoil free as possible.:-) Among our sites you will find useful and helpful information regarding the state you are searching, links to databases that are FREE and a web ring of registries who have dedicated themselves to protecting their registrants from unsolicited searchers and scam artists who prey on the emotional conflicts of those triad members in search. We have also implemented a code of Moral and Ethical conduct...which each registry must follow.
