These are the recipes that you CAN eat! Try making these yummy recipes for YOUR family!

~Animal Merry-Go-Round~

Take 1 apple, clean, core & cut top and bottom off (so the apple forms a circle slice that's about 1/2"- 1" thick). Level one piece of apple so it can sit flat on your plate. Take apple slice and thoroughly coat ONE side with peanut butter. Use the toothpicks to attach the "roof" apple slice to the "bottom" apple slice with the peanut butter on the tops of both pieces. Place the animal crackers in front of the 4 toothpicks so they look as if they're really attached. The peanut butter will hold them in place. Use more peanut butter, if needed. Take gumdrop (or marshmallow) and place on the very top of the merry-go-round to cover the "hole" left from coring the apple! Enjoy!

~Frozen Banana Treat~

Take 1 peeled banana and thoroughly coat with peanut butter. Roll in chopped nuts. Cover with aluminum foil and freeze. Enjoy!

~Breakfast Shake~

Mix orange juice, strawberries, banana and sweetner in a blender 'til smooth. Keep adding 2 icecubes and blending until smooth & creamy and to desired consistency. Experiment with this one! Try adding different fruits like raspberries or peaches, etc.

~Edible Play Dough~

Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup peanut butter, add 1 T. granola or wheat germ. Mix thoroughly adding more peanut butter if it's too dry or more brown sugar if it's too sticky. Wash your hands before you play with it, then you'll also be able to eat it when you're finished later!
*Make a bigger batch if you have more kids- 1 batch per kid.
*Put the playdough into a zip-closing storage bag in the refridgerator until ready to eat! Have fun!
