HELLO THERE, thank you for visiting. Let me begin by telling you a little about my family... I have two beautiful boys... JUSTIN is 25. He loves spending his time outdoors hunting, fishing, riding on his 4-wheeler, and riding horses.
ROSS is 22. His favorite passtime is watching movies, of which he has a huge collection. He also loves being outdoors.

My hobbies are cooking, reading, computers, surfing the net, playing games online like pool or cards. I've been online for seven years and I love it. Anything you could ever want to know (and a few things you don't..*LOL*) can be found on the net.

We are from South/Central Louisiana, Cajuns through and through... *S*

Part of our Cajun heritage is the love of good food. Cajun cooking has become a fad of sorts across the country. Here are some of my family's favorite recipes. I hope your family enjoys them too.
