ummm...well maybe not THAT far back!
Chris and I first met in a coffee shop in Visalia. Starbucks on Main Street to be exact. We were attracted to each other from the very start. I was at a point in my life where I was quite sad and depressed. He made me laugh. He made me smile. We exchanged many e-mails and phone calls and saw each other as often as we could. In February he moved to Porterville. And we started spending almost every waking moment together. My kids took right to him...and he to them. On Easter Sunday while the kids were hunting Easter eggs he was fixing me my own special egg. Near the end of the hunt he handed me an egg....I opened it up and inside was a diamond ring. I was speechless!!! (hey! miracles CAN happen! *giggling*) Then in front of my children and my mom he asked me to marry him. And as I'm sure you can guess I said yes! He still makes me smile......and we are looking forward to growing old together.......
