Welcome to Capitolcats!
Welcome to the home of registered Persians and Chartreux. Located in central North Dakota, USA. Capitolcats was established in 1987 by LeAnn and Stuart Harner when they lived in Pierre, South Dakota (the State Capitol - hence the name "Capitolcats") as a Persian cattery. In 1992 Chartreux were added. LeAnn has been a licensed judge by the American Cat Fanciers Association (ACFA) since 1995. In January, 1998 she was elected Regional Director of the American Cat Fanciers Association.
This site is built around the theme of a State Capitol building.
