I've been writing for over 25 years in some capacity or another. I worked for the Department of Labor and Industries as a management analyst for Job Safety and Health and as Rules Coordinator with the Department of Ecology - both in Washington State. I did a lot of writing related to my work (technical writing, writing procedural manuals, policy and procedure, pamphlets, newsletter articles and in-house rule-adoption procedures, writing portions of grant and budget packages, etc.).
