Hi there! Well if you haven't guessed I am Bear. I was adopted from the Galveston, Texas Animal Shelter about 5 years ago. Yes I was an orphan, but I picked out a great family. Ok, they can be a bit strange at times and that little one! Well, let's just say I have the patience of a saint. I am a sweet-tempered, mild-mannered ol' mutt, but all those bad guys better watch out! I may be small, but I'm very protective of MY family.

I love to lounge the day away on my patio, but I'm always up for a nice stroll; I love chasing all those squirrels. My best friend is a cat (Yep, I'm not your typical pooch!). Harley is his name, and he is definitely one cool kitty!

I moved back to Texas to retire. Yeah, I am now living with my grandparents and Harley. It's really quite a nice life..and much quieter, too! I've heard I may be getting a younger brother so stay tuned for his page! *G*
