Miss Minnie thought it would be nice to give an award to those sites that she thought were especially good.
Due to time constraints, it is necessary that at the outset Minnie just surf the kitty web and select the winners herself. Perhaps, in the future, she will create a form whereby a site can submit an application...but it's one kitty step at a time. Your understanding is appreciated. Minnie looks at all kinds of sites... even though kitty sites are her favorite :o).
