I've always been a stickler for education. When the kids would come home from school, homework would be first on the agenda.  I would sit with them at the kitchen table, them doing their homework and me doing some sort of craft. If they needed help I was there.  When the high school years hit, I felt kinda dumb.   All this new education was beyond me, but I kept on helping. I guess it was more moral support than anything.  I am proud to say that both my kids made National Honor Society.  Now I have a grandson,  oh boy, is he going to hate me...lol.
