Children have functioning brains and important feelings and their ideas can contribute much to family life...
I, believe therefore, children should be listened to.
Children are a precious gift from God...that we have the privilege of raising and treasuring for a while.
Children need loving yet strong structure in their lives.
Teenagers should be treated with dignity and listened to as we would listen to an adult...for that's what they almost are.
Teenagers should be permitted to make many, but not all, of their own decisions because almost is not there!
