This recipe is one that I made up when I wanted something quick for dinner.
EASY TUNA CASSEROLE •1 cup milk •10 oz./284mL can sliced mushrooms, drained and juice reserved •24 g. package Lipton “Creamy Parmesan” Noodles & Sauce •1 cup frozen peas •170 g. can water-packed chunk light tuna, rinsed and drained In glass measuring cup combine milk, mushroom juice and enough water to equal about 1 3/4 cups
liquid; place in a large round microwaveable dish. Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes. Stir in noodles,
mushrooms and peas; cook on HIGH for about 7 minutes, or until noodles are tender. Gently stir in
tuna. Let sit for 3 minutes before serving. Serves 4.
