This is a fun site with lots of "real people" links--Japanese TV, J-pop,

website which he regularly updates. I like this very much as it gives
a current perspective of a Japanese native. Lots of other interesting

I was little, just about all the bedtime stories my mom knew were scary
Japanese ones. My brother had to sleep with his light on until he
was ten! The Japanese are great in this genre. Also contains
good gaming info.

Counters - No, this isn't for counting hits to your webpage...but
is a resource for learning how to count in Japanese. It's not like
English where you count everthing 1, 2, 3 with the exception of using terms
like a few, couple, tons, etc. when you want. In Japanese things
are counted using all kinds of different terminology depending on factors
such as size or shape of what you are counting. Useful site.
