James "Tedo" Vaughan is a former resident of Van Lear and a distinguished member of the Van Lear Historical Society, Inc. He was amoung the small nucleus of founders who started the organization in the early 1980's. He along with his lovely wife, Wanda Lee currently reside in Delaplaine, Arkansas.
