ribbon is the same as the original Ring and Chain version, I've added some extra picots. Finished size is about 2 1/2"
long.

(close ring, reverse work)
Chain: 3 p 3. rw.
*Ring: 3 j (to 3rd p of previous ring),
3 p 3 p 3. clr, rw.
Chain: 3 p 3. rw.
Repeat from * until you have finished the
5th ring.
*Chain: 2 p 2. rw.
Ring: 3 j (to last p previous ring), 3
p 3 p 3 p 3. clr, rw.
Repeat from * until you have finished the
8th chain.
*Ring: 3 j (to last p previous ring),
3 p 3 p 3 p 3 p 3. clr, rw.
Chain: 3. rw.
Repeat from * until you have finished the
11th ring.
*Chain: 2 p 2. rw.
