I received this bookmark from Ann Wilson in Montana. She also was inspired by Julia Sanders, and made the Daisy Chain on page 3. I've admired this pattern, but never tried it myself. Ann used 2 strands of DMC embroidery floss, what pretty colors!
These are the bookmarks I am sending for my part in the bookmark exchange. The dark blue bookmark is for Beth Zipay, the aqua one is for Christine Nelson.I used Cebelia #30 for both. Did you notice the aqua one is smaller? I don't know why.
I adapted an edging from Julia Sanders' "Tatting Patterns", page 34, figure 80. I changed the central join, and also changed the small joining chain, so I think I can safely put this pattern on my home page.
