Recollections
Anita Page and Dorothy Lee are
both featured in William M. Drew's book under the same chapter titled
"THE
SONG AND DANCE CRAZE"
In later
years these two lovely ladies looked forward to seeing each other again.

Marian
Marsh had nothing but the fondest memories of
Dottie
and Wheeler and Woolsey.
I was
fortunate to hear her recollections.
She
reminisced:
"Dorothy
was darling. I visited her on the set of her movies a few times.
Everyone loved her. All the men, the directors....just everybody
she came into contact with was wild about her. What you saw on the
screen is what you got. She was just wonderful."
"Wheeler
and Woolsey were characters in real life. They acted off screen
the same way they did on screen, always very funny and amusing. They
were funny without being dirty. You don't have to be dirty to be
funny."
